Where else can I get help?
Besides talking to our support team there are a ton of other tools available to help you on your GeoNext journey.
- Our FAQ page
Before picking up the phone or writing an email we recommend taking a look at our FAQ page to see if the answer you need is there. The FAQ page has everything from the basics of job management software, to tips on GeoNext’s most common features. In fact, you’re reading something from the FAQ right now! - Support articles
Need a step-by-step guide on a GeoNext feature? From creating your first job, setting up an integration or generating custom invoices and quotes – we have a support article at the ready. These are great tools if you ever need a refresher or prefer reading instead of calling support. You can find our support articles here. - GeoNext update emails
All our customers receive a fortnightly email of everything that’s new with GeoNext. We’re always working to make GeoNext the best it can be, which means there’s always a new feature or an improvement around the corner. The emails also provide updates on any promotions or news about GeoNext so it’s a great way to stay in the know. - Training sessions
We offer free training and onboarding for all GeoNext customers. Each business gets assigned its own GeoNext trainer who, like the support team, specialise in being experts at everything GeoNext. What’s extra special about our training sessions is that they’re completely customised for your business (as no two workplaces are the same). GeoNext trainers regularly check-in with you and your team to make sure you’re on the right track and see if there’s anything we can do to make GeoNext better. You can book a training session here.
